We handle the information you send us via internet.

Email Addresses and Telephone Numbers

The email address is used to: confirm an online order: notify that an order had been shipped or to respond to a sender’s email query.

Information Storage

We retain account information provided by our visitor, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, accounts and types of purchases) and contact information.

Postal addresses

If you order through us you will be placed on NESTEROVA mailing list and you will receive periodic brochures from us. We do not share names or addresses with other companies.

 

Price

Prices quoted on the website constitute an ” buy’’ and are not legally binding. All prices are subject to change.

Delivery information

The charge for postage and packing within the UK is £3.00. Our standard delivery time is 48 – 72 hours. Delivery times may be extended during certain busy periods.

Please note all orders are delivered by Royal Mail.

We accept orders for delivery to any part of the world. Posting and Packing charges are adjusted automatically when entering details of the delivery country at the checkout.

Overseas orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For service. This means that parcels will need to be signed for by someone at the delivery address. For this reason, we cannot send parcels to PO Boxes.

If you order more than 7 items at once please contact us about the postage fee.

Return policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you return them to us unused within seven days. We will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.

Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.

Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.

In order to return goods to us: Use the return label address and stick it over your address on the envelope we sent to you. It is not necessary to return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service. However, we strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return/ exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.
